I will give everyone Challenges of the week and some personalised special fitness routines, foods and advice.Everyone in the group can tell me what they want to improve about their body and I will give them some advice and help them with that part of the body. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE STARVATION IN ANY WAY. We eat and eat and eat (isn’t that what we all love to do? imagine doing it, and getting an amazing body at the same time!)I except everyone in this group to go by the challenges if they want to get fitter.

Make sure that when you are doing them you push the base of your spine into the floor so there isn’t a curve at the top of your bum - this activates your lower abs.
